New angles on possibility.
Connection before content.
Conflict opens doors.
Culture is built in the everyday.
At ARC 93, the world belongs to visioneers—everyday leaders who are ready to dream boldly, build wisely, and cultivate the conditions for meaningful culture change where they live, work, and lead.
Who I Partner With
I support values-driven professionals and mission-centered organizations—corporate, nonprofit, and educational change-makers—who are navigating complexity, growing capacity, and aligning their work with what they believe.
My clients are:
Curious and courageous enough to do things differently
Leaders who see culture as a lever for both people and performance
Teams seeking to put values into practice and build capacity that lasts
They’re ready to rethink how they lead, collaborate, and show up—so they can build stronger teams, sharper strategies, and cultures that reflect what matters most.
Hi. I’m Amy Beth.
Hi, I’m Amy Beth Kessinger.
ARC 93 is my creative, strategic, and deeply human consultancy—where leadership development, experiential learning, and culture-building come together to spark real change.
With a mediator’s mindset, a systems lens, and a playful sense of possibility, I help leaders and teams strengthen collaboration and lead with greater compassion, creativity, and resonance.
Every rainbow tells two stories. At 42°, the first arc appears—bold and vivid, like the spark of clarity clients often feel at the start of our work. At 51°, a second arc emerges—wider, subtler, and reversed—revealing deeper layers of integration and sustained change.
ARC 93 takes its cue from nature: sparking bold breakthroughs while cultivating the deeper shifts that last.

“Each time, after meeting with Amy Beth, I had gained the clarity to understand what was really at the heart of what was going on, what I needed to do to move forward and, most importantly, was motivated to actually do it. I felt lighter, stronger and empowered.”
~ Angelique Barker Lamour, MBA
